Lic. Jose Osmin Genoves Lopez, Abogado y Notario Salvadoreño 

As a dual citizen of the United States and El Salvador, Osmin has worked for over 30 years in the private practice of the legal profession. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Sciences, is a barred attorney in El Salvador and is authorized for the exercise of the Salvadoran Notary. As Head of Legal Assistance at the Technological University of El Salvador, he teaches Criminal law, Constitutional law, and Labor Law.
